Follow these guidelines to maintain a safe work environment during COVID-19

Check the temperature of your employees
The reopening of organizations doesn’t mean that everything has become normal. Screening the temperature of every employee when they visit the workplace is also one of the safety guidelines. It will help in monitoring the health of the employees. If the temperature of the employee is found above the acceptable temperature, he or she will have to undergo further screening related to COVID-19.
Make use of sanitiser whenever required
Organizations should keep sanitisers at every desk so that employees can keep their hands sanitized and free from any such infections. Employees should also keep in mind that after touching any such surface which might be contaminated, they should make use of sanitiser. Not only this, but they should also use sanitiser before and after touching their nose or mouth.
